Rally for Peace and Planet
As Earth Day 2025 approaches, the threats to our work for peace and for climate action are increasing. The federal Government is talking about displacing even more people in Gaza and defunding every environmental effort they can in favor of big oil’s goals. Still, our resistance continues as we remain steadfast in fighting for human rights and climate justice.

Virtual Talk with the Author of "Being Jewish After the Destruction of Gaza"
Join NH Peace Action and 350 New Hampshire for a talk with Peter Beinart about his experience in this political moment. RSVP for the zoom link here.
Being Jewish After the Destruction of Gaza is a provocative argument that will expand and inform one of the defining conversations of our time. A passionate yet measured work that brings together Beinart's personal experience, his commanding grasp of history, his keen understanding of political and moral dilemmas, and a clear vision for the future. He brings us an alternate narrative, which would draw on other nations’ efforts at moral reconstruction and a different reading of Jewish tradition. A story in which Israeli Jews have the right to equality, not supremacy, and in which Jewish and Palestinian safety are not mutually exclusive but intertwined. One that recognizes the danger of venerating states at the expense of human life.
Peter Beinart is a frequent contributor to The New York Times, an MSNBC analyst, and a professor of journalism and political science at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY. He is also the editor at large of Jewish Currents and writes The Beinart Notebook, a weekly newsletter. He lives with his family in New York City. Being Jewish After the Destruction of Gaza is his latest book.
This event is cosponsored by: American Friends Service Committee/NH program - Palestine Education Network - NH Veterans For Peace - 350NH - UCC Peace with Justice Advocates - Not In My Name NH, Jewish Voice for Peace VT NH
